截至2024年12月31日止12个月，集团的合约销售金额约为人民币9.47亿元，同比下降31.6%;及集团的权益合约销售金额约为人民币9.14亿元。同期，集团的销售面积为7.68万平方米及权益销售面积为7.13万平方米，集团的销售均价约为每平方米人民币12333元及权益销售均价约为每平方米人民币12824元。
