国新办发布会上介绍，2024年我国共授权发明专利104.5万件，同比增长13.5%；发明专利审查周期压减至15.5个月；受理PCT国际专利申请7.5万件；我国申请人通过海牙协定提交外观设计国际申请4868项，跃居全球第一。截至2024年底，我国每万人口高价值发明专利拥有量达14件，提前实现“十四五”规划预期目标。我国国内发明专利有效量达475.6万件，成为世界上首个突破400万件的国家。
