财中社1月15日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年1月14日和1月15日分别在公开市场购买本金总额为800万美元（约6280万港元）的票据，总代价约为801万美元（约6285万港元）。此次购买事项构成须予披露交易，适用的百分比率超出5%但低于25%，因此遵循相关的申报及公告规定，但获豁免遵守股东批准之要求。
本次票据的发行人为Mitsubishi HCCapital UK PLC，担保人为Mitsubishi HCCapital Inc.，票据的固定年利率为5.302%，到期日为2028年1月23日。此次购票的资金来源于公司的内部资源，董事会认为此项投资符合公司的投资策略，旨在拓宽收入来源并为股东创造新增价值。
