根据五矿证券有限公司申请，本所自2025年01月15日起采用协商成交、点击成交、询价成交、竞买成交方式为“五矿-申万-厦门集美湖豪生大酒店资产支持专项计划”（以下简称“集美豪生”）提供转让服务。现就有关事项公告如下：

一、持有深圳A股证券账户和基金账户的专业投资者可以参与“集美豪生”的转让业务。

二、“集美豪生”设立日期为2024年12月17日。优先级资产支持证券如下：证券简称“集发优A”，证券代码为“144752”，到期日为2042年12月17日，还本付息方式为存在提前兑付并支付对应部分利息。次优级资产支持证券如下：证券简称“集发优B”，证券代码为“144753”，到期日为2042年12月17日，还本付息方式为到期还本并支付最后一期利息。

三、对首次参加“集美豪生”转让业务的投资者，本所会员应当在其参与转让业务前，进行全面的相关业务规则介绍，充分揭示可能产生的风险，并要求其在参与转让业务前签署风险揭示书。

四、“集美豪生”转让及相关事宜适用《深圳证券交易所债券交易规则》及其他相关规则。
