Odaily星球日报讯 据官方消息，美国 SEC 指控 Nova Labs 涉嫌未经注册将加密资产作为证券发行并欺骗投资者。 从 2019 年 4 月至今，Nova Labs 在提供和销售名为“Hotspots”的电子设备（用于进行 Nova Labs 的加密资产挖矿）和“Discovery Mapping”（一款允许用户将其私人数据交换为 Nova Labs 加密资产的程序）时，进行了未经注册的证券发行和销售。据称，Nova Labs 还向潜在投资者做出了关于 Lime、雀巢和 Salesforce 等知名公司的重大虚假和误导性陈述，其声称这些公司正在使用、当前使用或依赖 Nova Labs 的无线网络，而实际上并非如此。
