智通财经APP讯，航天控股(00031)发布公告，于2025年1月16日，该公司的间接全资附属公司南通康源电路科技有限公司(“南通康源”)(作为借款人)与国家开发银行江苏省分行(牵头行、担保代理行)、招商银行股份有限公司南通分行(联合牵头行、代理行)，及中国进出口银行江苏省分行(统称“各贷款人”)订立人民币资金银团贷款合同，贷款额度为人民币10亿元，贷款为期8年，南通康源根据需要分阶段提取。公司间接全资附属公司东莞康源电子有限公司(“东莞康源”)(作为担保人)已就贷款合同项下贷款与各贷款人签订银团贷款保证合同，以就还款责任提供连带责任担保。此外，南通康源于首次提款时提供土地权证质押，以及项目建成后追加全部不动产及设备抵押。贷款所得款项将用于南通康源的集成电路封装载板厂房建设项目的新能力建设。
