粤海置地全资附属公司签订租赁合同
财中社1月19日电粤海置地（00124）发布公告，2025年1月18日，公司间接全资附属公司广东粤海置地与粤海天河城签订租赁合同，租赁期自2025年1月18日起至2026年12月31日止。根据合同，租赁的物业为粤海天河城大厦第44层，租金在2025年1月18日至2025年2月28日期间为66万元，之后每月租金为46万元，所有金额均含5%增值税。
此次租赁合同的未审核价值约为989万元，因其适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此需要遵守申报及公告规定，但可豁免独立股东批准。公司决定只租用第44层全层作为办公用途，以应对当前对办公空间需求的减少，并节省租赁成本。通过此次合同，预计将大幅降低在广州的办公租赁开支。
