RAM Essential Services Property Fund (ASX:REP) repurchased 45,000 securities Friday for about AU$26,109 in an on-market buyback of fully-paid stapled securities, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company plans to repurchase up to 5.9 million securities as part of the buy-back program, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 2% on close.
