1月20日，正荣地产（06158）发布关于公司实际控制人被采取强制措施的公告。

　　正荣地产债券公告显示，公司近期获悉，公司实际控制人欧宗荣因涉嫌违法犯罪，已被依法采取强制措施。目前，欧宗荣未在本公司担任董事、监事、高级管理人员等任何职务。

　　正荣地产网站显示，欧宗荣是正荣集团创办人，1964年出生于福建莆田市，1998年创立正荣集团有限公司。在2020年的胡润百富榜中，欧宗荣以360亿元的财富，成为莆田地产商人中的首富。

　　2018年1月16日，正荣地产在香港联交所挂牌上市。正荣地产专注于住宅物业开发、同步开发商业及综合用途物业的大型综合性房地产开发商。

　　2024中期报告显示，正荣地产期内的收益为246.58亿元；亏损为25.08亿元；母公司拥有人应占亏损为23.43亿元。董事会不建议派发期内任何中期股息。

　　截至1月21日收盘，正荣地产或受该消息影响，收跌6.78%，报0.055港元/股，盘中一度触及近期低点0.051港元，总市值合计约2.40亿港元。
