智通财经APP讯，丰银禾控股(08030)发布公告，于2025年1月24日，公司拟向卖方OnlyOwner Global Limited收购目标公司(傲然技术有限公司)已发行股本约30%。
目标公司为一间专注于私密信息加密保护的计算机信息服务保密提供商，拥有多项国家专利及软件着作权。该公司的核心技术团队来自华为，并亦已与华中科技大学及香港理工大学有深入的技术合作。
该公司致力于通过边缘安全计算及加密算法技术实现数据保护，使客户于享受物联网技术带来的生活、工作及娱乐便利的同时，充分保护私密数据及信息安全。该公司将基于零信任理念，持续打造去中心化的安全产品及服务。逐步将产品应用从计算机加密升级到移动装置、即时通讯、数据储存及所有物联网终端装置。
