华营建筑集团(01582.HK) 表示，就附属公司早前收到清盘呈请，遭索偿到期未偿还款项69.4万元，华营建筑与分包商已于今日(22日)订立和解协议，并已向分包商支付65万元，作为未偿还款项的全数及最终和解款项，而该分包商将撤回对华营建筑提出的所有法律诉讼。公司认为，预期该呈请将于适当时候被撤回，因此不会对财务状况及业务营运造成重大不利影响。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
