　　2025年世界经济论坛年会将于1月20—24日在瑞士举行，年会召集世界各地、各行业的近3000名领袖，探讨“智能时代的合作”这一主题。

　　巴林海湾国际银行（英国）首席执行官Katherine Garrett-Cox表示，虽然已经有许多性别平等团队的商业案例，且更具多样性的团队（不仅仅是性别）表现更好，但目前性别不平等问题仍然存在。她认为问题可能出在某些人认为实现性别平等过于困难。

　　她强调，性别平等不仅是社会问题，还是经济问题，企业应该在性别包容性方面投入更多。投资者在投资时也应注意关注性别平等，但目前只有很少的投资策略关注到了这一点，且资金规模仍然较小。
