消息面上，中烟香港此前发盈喜，预告2024年度纯利同比增幅将不低于30%。中金表示符合预期，该行看好中烟香港业务的内生增长及外延拓展之间的协同，相信中烟香港拥有独家牌照，并作为中烟集团旗下国际资本运作平台，具有稀缺价值。国金证券表示，公司定位为中烟体系资本运作平台，此前收购中烟巴西为后续并购扩张提供良好范本，2023年/2024H1巴西业务营收增长41%/43%。作为中烟体系的重要对外扩张平台，助力中烟国际化发展，公司成长空间值得期待。
