财中社1月21日电新东方-S（09901/EDU）发布中期业绩，截止2024年11月30日的第二季度，公司的净营收为10.39亿美元，同比增长19.4%。扣除东方甄选自营产品及直播电商业务的净营收则为8.94亿美元，同比增长31.3%。然而，经营利润下降9.8%至1930万美元，主要由于经营成本及开支同比增加20.2%至10.19亿美元，尤其是销售及营销开支增长26.6%至1.96亿美元。
管理层表示，公司的教育新业务带动了收入的显著增长，尤其是出国考试准备和国内考试准备业务分别增长21.1%和34.9%。此外，非学科类辅导业务也在近60个城市开展，吸引了约994,000名报名人次。尽管面临传统淡季的挑战，公司的经营效率有所提升，Non-GAAP经营利润率为3.2%，同比增长12基点。
整体来看，公司在各业务分部中表现强劲，尤其是在教育新业务方面实现了显著的增长。
