正荣地产欧宗荣涉嫌违法犯罪被采取强制措施
1月21日，正荣地产集团有限公司（证券简称“正荣地产”，06158.HK）发布公告称，公司获悉全资附属公司正荣地产控股有限公司于2025年1月20日在上海证券交易所发布公告，持有公司45.73%股份的控股股东欧宗荣因涉嫌违法犯罪而被采取强制措施。正荣地产表示，欧宗荣过往及现时均非集团董事或高级管理层，集团目前一切正常，上述事宜并无对集团的业务运作造成任何其他影响。
公开资料显示，欧宗荣是正荣集团有限公司（简称“正荣集团”）的创始人。正荣集团是专注于住宅物业开发、同步开发商业及综合用途物业的大型综合性房地产开发商，长期位居中国房企综合实力前20强。2018年，正荣集团旗下正荣地产在香港联交所挂牌上市。
财报显示，正荣地产从2022年开始，进入了持续亏损的状态。2022年、2023年归属母公司净亏损分别为128.69亿元、84.68亿元。2024年上半年，归属母公司净亏损为23.43亿元。截至2024年6月30日，公司流动资产合计1082.47亿元，流动负债合计1153.25亿元，拥有未偿还的银行及其他借款总额约290.93亿元。
值得一提的是，2025年1月2日，正荣地产宣布境外债务重组支持协议失效，该债务重组协议曾在2024年经过多次延期。正荣地产表示，将继续与公司各持份者进行讨论，致力实现公司境外债务的整体重组方案，以保障持份者的利益及确保公平对待所有适用债权人。（吴永陆宇安）
