智通财经APP讯，中远海能(600026.SH)发布2025年度向特定对象发行A股股票预案，本次向特定对象发行A股股票的发行对象为包括中远海运集团在内的不超过35名(含35名)特定投资者。本次向特定对象发行A股股票数量不超过本次发行前公司总股本的30%，即不超过1,431,232,918股(含本数)。
本次向特定对象发行股票募集资金总额不超过80亿元(含本数)，在扣除相关发行费用后的募集资金净额将投资于如下项目：(1)投资建造6艘VLCC;(2)投资建造2艘LNG运输船;(3)投资建造3艘阿芙拉型原油轮。
