智通财经APP讯，周大福创建(00659)发布公告，有关发行于2025年到期的7.80亿港元4.00%可换股债券，认购协议所载发行债券的所有先决条件已获达成，且债券的认购及发行已于2025年1月22日完成。债券预计将于2025年1月22日或前后在维也纳证券交易所上市。债券的本金总额为7.80亿港元，并已由经办人向不少于6名独立承配人(即证券及期货条例所界定的专业投资者)配售。
公司目前拟动用所得款项净额约7.69亿港元作以下用途：约7亿港元用于偿还集团部分债券及╱或贷款的本金及利息;及余下部分用作营运资金。
