智通财经APP讯，中粮包装(00906)与要约人华瑞凤泉发展有限公司联合公布，华瑞宣布，华瑞要约已于2025年1月22日(即最后华瑞要约截止日期)下午四时正截止。
于最后华瑞要约截止日期下午四时正，华瑞根据华瑞要约接获8.26亿股华瑞要约股份的有效接纳，占于本联合公告日期华瑞要约股份约98.14%及本公司全部已发行股本约74.16%。
根据华瑞要约有效提呈以供接纳的所有华瑞要约股份均由无利害关系股东提呈以供接纳，占于本联合公告日期无利害关系股份约98.14%及本公司全部已发行股本约74.16%。
由于华瑞已于强制收购有效期内收购不少于90%的华瑞要约股份(按公司条例第693条所规定)及不少于90%的无利害关系股份，华瑞将行使其于公司条例项下的权利将本公司私有化，并根据收购守则规则2.11强制收购余下华瑞要约股份。
余下华瑞要约股份将透过强制收购按与华瑞要约相同的条款(即按相同的华瑞要约价每股华瑞要约股份7.21港元)收购。
于强制收购程序完成后，本公司将由华瑞及华瑞一致行动的各方实益及最终拥有100%，并将根据上市规则第6.15条申请撤销股份于联交所的上市地位。
