Groupe SEB said it is acquiring France-based La Brigade de Buyer, a company that specializes in culinary equipment.

France-based Groupe SEB on Wednesday said the deal aligns with its strategy of strengthening its position in the professional and premium segments.

The maker of small domestic equipment didn't disclose financial details of the deal, but it said La Brigade de Buyer reported 2024 revenue of 66 million euros ($68.8 million) and that it has a workforce of 290 employees and three production sites in France.

La Brigade de Buyer has been owned since 2015 by Edify, an industrial holding company, said Groupe SEB.
