智通财经APP讯，中国外运(00598)公布，董事会于 2025 年 1 月 24 日收到公司总法律顾问(首席合规官)田雷先生的辞任函，因工作调整，田雷先生不再担任公司总法律顾问(首席合规官)职务，并自 2025 年 1 月 24 日起生效。
公司于 2025 年 1 月 24 日召开第四届董事会第六次会议审议通过了《关于聘任公司总法律顾问(首席合规官)的议案》，经公司总经理提名以及董事会提名委员会审核通过，董事会一致同意聘任李世础先生为公司总法律顾问(首席合规官)，任期自董事会决议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
