智通财经APP讯，奥星生命科技(06118)发布公告，预期将取得截至2024年12月31日止年度本公司拥有人应占溢利约人民币1500万元至人民币2000万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度本公司拥有人应占亏损约为人民币1.13亿元。
公告称，预期转亏为盈主要归因于：并无于截至2023年12月31日止年度取得的来自本公司当时的间接非全资附属公司H+E Pharma GmbH及S-Tec GmbH的损失约人民币1.165亿元(其中约人民币8090万元为本公司拥有人应占亏损);其他收入增加约人民币1000万元，主要来自向上海地方政府出售资产的补偿;及经营开支节省约人民币4000万元，主要得益于本集团的组织优化措施。
