智通财经APP讯，煜盛文化(01859)发布公告，诚如本公司日期为2024年11月19日的公告所披露，本公司已于同日提交申请，要求将除牌决定转交上市复核委员会进行复核。联交所上市复核委员会已于2025年1月8日就除牌决定举行复核聆讯。于2025年1月17日，联交所通知本公司，上市复核委员会承认本公司已遵守复牌指引1(提供解释调查存在限制的原因，以及本公司已采取何等替代程序以处理该等限制)、复牌指引2、复牌指引3及复牌指引6(采取步骤以纠正问题并处理有关管理诚信、内部监控充分性及填补公司秘书职位空缺的问题)、复牌指引4(获得核数师保证现行免责声明将于2023财政年度后的财务业绩中解除)，惟认为本公司未能遵守复牌指引5(证明本公司拥有足够营运及资产以遵守规则第13.24条)及复牌指引7(公布所有重大资料，以供股东及投资者评估本公司的状况)，因此决定维持根据上市规则第6.01A条规定的除牌决定。于2025年1月20日，联交所发出函件，告知本公司股份的最后上市日期将为2025年2月3日，本公司股份(股份)的上市地位将于2025年2月4日上午九时正起取消(取消上市)。
