智通财经APP讯，金利来集团(00533)发布公告，根据收购守则规则2.1，董事会宣布浩德融资有限公司(一间根据证券及期货条例可从事第4类(就证券提供意见)、第6类(就机构融资提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动的持牌法团)已获委任为公司独立财务顾问，以就建议向独立董事委员会(由非执行董事吴明华先生;及全体独立非执行董事李家晖先生、罗咏诗女士及陈光明先生组成)提供意见。委任浩德为独立财务顾问已根据收购守则规则2.1获独立董事委员会批准。
