消息面上，国家金融监督管理总局24日对外发布修订后的金融租赁公司监管评级办法。西部证券指出，《评级办法》的修订发布实施，在2024年9月《金融租赁公司管理办法》基础上，进一步完善了金融租赁公司监管制度体系，一方面可以提升分级分类监管质效，引导金融租赁公司强化风险管理和内部控制；另一方面将推动金融租赁公司供给侧出清，有利于行业格局的优化。
华泰证券发布研报称，远东宏信是国内融资租赁龙头，兼顾产业运营。尽管谨慎经营下生息资产规模收缩和一些短期因素导致1H24年化ROE降至8.5%，但该行认为公司融租业务息差韧性强，在宏观经济修复背景下生息资产规模或企稳回升，带动ROE再度增长。另外高股息率值得关注，预计25年股息率约12%。
