公司获告知，主要买卖协议(经修订)亦已于2025年1月24日终止。
公告称，正式买卖协议(经补充协议、第二份补充协议及第三份补充协议修订)的终止将不会对集团的财务状况或业务营运造成任何重大不利影响。
