智通财经APP讯，泛海集团(00129)及汇汉控股(00214)联合公布，于2025年1月23日及2025年1月24日，卖方泛海国际附属Miracle Point Ventures Limited订立买卖协议，据此，其已同意透过出售销售股份而出售其于已出售投资股份中的所有权益，总代价为2137.14万美元(相当于约1.67亿港元)。
出售事项后，卖方将不再拥有已出售投资股份的任何权益。
据悉，于2025年1月23日，卖方与买方一Diligent Shine Inc.订立买卖协议一，据此，卖方同意出售且买方一同意购买第一批销售股份，相当于特殊目的公司Z Babylon AS Investments Limited股份约49.1% 及第一批投资股份的实际经济权益(按透视基准计算)。
