智通财经APP讯，京玖康疗(00648)发布公告，联交所于2020年4月21日知会本公司将暂不行使上市规则第6.01A(2)(b)(i)条权利将本公司除牌，惟视乎本公司向证监会呈请的进一步发展情况，可能在其认为适当的情况，于较后阶段行使上市规则第6.01A条权利。本公司会继续解决证监会及联交所的关注。
本公司主要在香港从事分销医疗设备及产品，当中涉及牙科设备及产品的医疗业务，其业务经营在所有重大方面均如常进行。董事会将继续监察停牌对本集团经营及财务表现的影响，并采取适当应对措施。
