0858 GMT - United Utilities Group accepting the U.K. water regulator's price review was expected, RBC Capital Markets analysts write in a note. The group accepted the review from Ofwat, covering the five years to March 2030. The company maintaining its debt-to-equity ratio guidance makes sense, despite currently having a credit rating a notch higher than listed peers, the analyst add. Shares are down 0.7% at 973.80 pence. (najat.kantouar@wsj.com)
