Nanjing Sample Technology (HKG:1708) tapped Qingdao Haihui Wanjia City Services to provide property management services for Sample Technology Park, an industrial park in Nanjing, China.
The term of the agreement starts on Feb. 1, 2025, and ends on Dec. 31, 2027, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The annual fee for the services is a little over 2.1 million yuan.
