Wex (WEX) reported Q4 adjusted net income Wednesday of $3.57 per diluted share, down $3.82 from the same period last year.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $636.5 million, compared with $663.3 million a year earlier.

For Q1, the company expects adjusted net income of $3.35 to $3.50 per diluted share on revenue of $625 million to $640 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.78 from sales of $661.3 million.
For full-year 2025, the company forecasts adjusted net income of $14.65 to $15.25 per diluted share from revenue of $2.60 billion to $2.66 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $16.78 from sales of $2.71 billion.
Wex shares were down 11% in after-market activity.
