天誉置业(00059.HK) 公布，今日(6日)收到债券持有人向高等法院提出的清盘呈请，指控公司未偿还其持有的无抵押债券，本金700万元，加上应计利息及违约利息281.8万元。债券持有人为公司于2020年及2021年期间所发行的无抵押债券的实益拥有人之一，而该等无抵押债券的未偿还本金额合共为1.53亿元。高院已将呈请的首次审理日期定于今年4月16日。
公司指，董事会确实相信公司的重组已不再可行，并认为百慕大法院在百慕大法院聆讯上颁令对公司进行清盘才符合公司债权人的最佳利益。因此，公司无意反对香港呈请。(vc/w)
