龙资源(01712.HK) 公布，芬兰南部Jokisivu金矿的新环境许可证申请已于今年1月28日获地区国家行政机关批准。
新环境许可证将允许公司每年在采矿区破碎最多35万吨骨料，包括约30万吨矿石及5万吨废石。其亦允许公司提前一小时于早上六时在Jokisivu开始装载及运输活动，同时实施必要的规定以防止噪音及尘埃污染，并限制运输作业的噪音影响。
地区国家行政机关于其裁决中修订有关矿场向水体排放的规定，增加了镉及硫酸盐含量的限值。此外，现时须更频密监测矿场的排水及水质。该裁决亦批准根据关闭计划关闭Arpola露天矿。有关矿场的其他部分，关闭计划须于关闭开始前进行修订。
批准环境许可证的裁决受上诉期所规限，上诉期于今年3月6日届满。然而，不论有否提出上诉，破碎作业均可即时展开，而所有其他活动则于裁决最终确定后，根据新环境许可证展开。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
