Glorious Property Holdings Files Consent Summons for Winding-up Petition

Glorious Property Holdings (HKG:0845) requested the High Court for the withdrawal of a winding-up petition against the company and for the voiding of the respective hearing, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
A financial printer had filed a winding-up petition in Hong Kong's High Court on Nov. 21 against the company over an alleged non-payment of HK$332,915.62. The first hearing was set to take place on Wednesday.
The company had settled the outstanding payments and had signed a consent of summons with the other party on Jan. 24.
