　　中远海能（01138）早盘上涨4.42%，现报7.79港元，成交额8205.82万港元。

　　中远海能此前公告，拟向特定对象发行A股股票不超过14.3亿股（发行前总股本的30%），募集资金不超过80亿元，拟用于投资建造6艘VLCC；投资建造2艘LNG运输船；投资建造3艘阿芙拉型原油轮。公司控股股东中远海运集团承诺认购发行数量的50%。

　　华创证券认为，本次募投项目有利于公司把握行业发展趋势、优化船龄结构、扩充LNG 运力、提升内外贸油运竞争优势。通过增发募集资金也有助于降低公司资产负债率，增厚公司可持续发展的财务基础。国泰君安表示，预计未来油运供需有望好于预期，且具油价下跌期权。
