金吾财讯 | 英国寿险公司 Legal & General 周五表示，将以 23 亿美元现金将其美国保障业务出售给日本明治安田生命保险公司（Meiji Yasuda），这是 CEO António Simões 上任以来最重大的战略举措之一。此外，双方还将建立战略合作伙伴关系，明治安田生命保险公司将收购L&G美国养老金风险转移（PRT）业务20%的L&G约5%的股份。
L&G表示，计划在此次出售后启动额外10亿英镑（12亿美元）的股票回购计划。
该交易需获得监管部门批准，预计将于2025年底完成。
