2月12日，古茗控股有限公司（下称“古茗”）在港交所上市，股票代码为“01364.HK”，发行价为9.94港元。古茗上市首日开盘价为10港元。截至发稿，古茗跌6.44%。

古茗在本次IPO发行中引入了5 名基石投资者，累计认购7100万美元。其中，腾讯认购 2500万美元；元生资本和正心谷资本分别认购1500万美元；美团龙珠和Duckling Fund分别认购800万美元。

公开资料显示，2010年，古茗在浙江成立，创始人王云安。以鲜果茶、鲜奶茶为主要产品，价格区间在10元至18元之间。截至2024年9月30日，古茗全国门店扩展至9778家。

随着古茗的快速发展，也陷入了一系列食品安全争议事件。2024年“315”期间，湖北经视曾报道，多家奶茶门店出现食品安全风险问题，店员将没用完却即将过期的食材篡改有效期，继续使用，其中就点名了古茗。

在黑猫投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】平台上，古茗被投诉案例有1987条（截至2025年2月12日）。投诉内容涉及茶饮喝出异物、喝出了毛发、服务态度等问题。
