瑞士制药巨头诺华（Novartis）周二表示，已同意以至多30.8亿美元的价格收购美国私人控股的临床阶段生物制药公司Anthos Therapeutics，以扩大其心血管药物管线。

　　在交易完成时，诺华将支付9.25亿美元的款项。该协议还包括在达到规定的监管和销售里程碑后，可能支付至多21.5亿美元的额外款项。

　　根据惯例成交条件，该交易预计将在今年上半年完成。

　　此举符合诺华的增长战略和治疗领域重点，充分利用公司在心血管领域的实力和专业知识。
