兴证国际出售本金总额为1000万美元债券
财中社2月11日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告，本公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年1月8日及2025年2月11日分别在公开市场出售本金总额为1000万美元（相当于约7850万港元）的债券，总代价为999.7万美元（相当于约7848万港元）。虽然此次出售事项的适用百分比率独立计算不超过5%，但与过往出售事项合并计算时，适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成本公司的须予披露交易。
本次出售的债券到期日为2028年1月10日，固定年利率为4.80%。本集团录得约3000美元（相当于约2.36万港元）的亏损。
