知行汽车科技(01274.HK)配股融资。国泰君安国际为其整体协调人及配售代理。

知行汽车科技公布拟向不少于6名承配人配售最多配售1119.02万股H股，相当于经扩大已发行股份的约4.63%，配售价为每股20.88港元，较知行科技上个交易日收市价24港元，折让13%，所得款项约2.28亿港元。

知行汽车科技表示，配售所得款项净额为2.28亿港元，将用于提升高阶智驾、驾舱一体解决方案及产品的研发；有关提升研发设施及生产设施的资本开支；扩大海外销售及服务网络；营运资金及一般公司用途。

这是知行汽车科技上市约14月以来的第2次配售融资，倘发售完成，加计IPO募资，知行汽车科技上市累计融资9.67亿港元。

知行汽车科技，作为中国自动驾驶解决方案提供商，专注于自动驾驶域控制器(L2级至L5级自动驾驶的任务关键组件)，拥有已商业化的L2级至L2+级自动驾驶解决方案，并为整车厂(OEM)开发L2级至L4级自动驾驶解决方案，吉利集团为其最大客户。公司于2023年12月20日在港交所上市，当时以每股29.65港元发行2211.60万股H股(无绿鞋)，募资约6.56亿港元。

截至2025年2月10日午间收市，知行汽车科技每股报24.70港元，总市值约57.00亿港元。
