智通财经APP获悉，古茗(01364)上市次日继续走低，盘中低见8.22港元，较招股价9.94港元已跌超17%。截至发稿，跌9.78%，报8.39港元，成交额2912.4万港元。
公开资料显示，古茗主要通过加盟模式，开设门店并运营”古茗”品牌。古茗是中国10-20元价格带内最大的大众现制茶饮品牌，也是全价格带下中国第二大现制茶饮品牌。根据公司招股说明书，截至2024年9月30日，古茗在全国共有9778家门店；2021年、2022年、2023年及2024年前三季度，来自加盟店的收入分别占公司总收入的97.9%、97.9%、97.1%、97.2%。
值得注意的是，2月10日，喜茶发布内部全员邮件，表示新茶饮行业的“数字游戏”已经走到尽头，无意义的价格、营收、规模内卷正严重消耗用户对新茶饮的喜爱。喜茶拒绝无意义的门店规模内卷，暂停接受事业合伙申请。
