智通财经APP讯，长城环亚控股(00583)发布公告，近日，公司获公司控股股东中国长城资产管理股份有限公司(中国长城资产)通知，中华人民共和国财政部拟议将其持有的全部376.70亿股中国长城资产股份(占中国长城资产已发行股份约73.53%)无偿划转予中央汇金投资有限责任公司。
紧随无偿划转完成后，汇金将直接拥有中国长城资产已发行股份约73.53%，而中国长城资产将继续透过长城国际及GWPA(BVI)间接持有公司11.74亿股股份，占公司已发行股本约74.89%，因此汇金将成为公司的控股股东。
