洪桥集团自愿清盘ESQ VTC并终止法国网约车业务
财中社2月14日电洪桥集团（08137）发布公告，宣布自愿清盘其间接非全资附属公司ESQ VTC，并终止在法国的网约车业务。ESQ VTC由公司间接持有33.78%的权益，因其截至2023年12月31日的年度收益总额超过5%，因此根据GEM上市规则需予以公告。进行自愿清盘的原因在于ESQ VTC的业务无法为公司发展提供支持，并且增加了公司的运营成本。公司希望通过此举聚焦资源于新能源相关的主业，降低运营成本，提升效益，最终实现高质量可持续发展。
公告中提到，截至2022年12月31日、2023年12月31日及2024年6月30日，法网约车业务的收益分别为2140万港元、5300万港元和2540万港元，占总收益的15.5%、23.4%和35.5%。同时，业务在上述年度中分别录得亏损约2380万港元、1.08亿港元及870万港元。
此外，公司还决定更改认购事项所得款项的用途，将原先分配给法网约车服务的营运资金2130万港元分配到矿产相关项目投资中。此次变更将使公司能够更好地运用财务资源，进一步聚焦于新能源相关的主业发展，符合公司及其股东的最佳利益。
