消息面上，国华发布公告，与人工智能独角兽公司达闼签订合作框架协议。公司与达闼拟在香港成立合资公司，并在人形机器人大脑的相关技术和产品方面展开合作。合资公司目标为开拓人形机器人操作系统的民用产品市场。公司与达闼将分别持有合资公司的51%股权及49%股权。
董事局认为，订立框架协议有利于充份利用双方在不同领域的优势来共同拓展人形机器人相关业务。合资公司计划成立于香港，将更好地配合中国大陆与中国香港在创新产业的引领方向和产业政策，香港的独特优势也将为落实业务发展提供良好的机会。
