IIRM Holdings India (BOM:526530) acquired the remaining 12,260 shares, or 2.50% stake, in step-down subsidiary IIRM Holdings PTE from its wholly owned subsidiary, Sampada Business Solutions, for $12,260.
The transaction makes IIRM Holdings PTE a wholly owned unit, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.
Sampada Business Solutions purchased these shares from Promoter and Chairman Vurakaranam Ramakrishna for the same amount.
The transaction was conducted at arm's length, the rubber and plastics products manufacturer said in the filing.
