　　同方友友（01868）发布公告，董事会获同方股份有限公司（同方，间接持有公司已发行股本总数64.81%的公司）告知，中国宝原投资有限公司（中国宝原，直接持有同方已发行股本总数之30.11%）及中国核工业集团有限公司（中核集团）于2025年2月18日订立股份转让协议，据此，中国宝原将以无偿方式转让于同方的全部股份予中核集团。

　　由于中国宝原由中核集团直接全资拥有，因此于完成股份转让后，同方的实际控制人不变，仍为中核集团的唯一股东国务院国有资产监督管理委员会。
