智通财经APP讯，京信通信(02342)发布公告，于2025年2月17日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人A Ocean Link Investment Limited订立认购协议A，据此，认购人A有条件同意认购且公司有条件同意以认购价每股股份1.09港元配发及发行合共3.10亿股新股份;及与认购人B Intel Capital Corporation订立认购协议B，据此，认购人B有条件同意认购且公司有条件同意以认购价每股股份1.09港元配发及发行合共3104.07万股新股份。
据悉，认购价为每股认购股份A 1.09港元，较股份于认购协议A日期在香港联交所所报的收市价每股股份1.110港元折让约1.80%;认购价为每股认购股份B1.09港元，较股份于认购协议B日期在香港联交所所报的收市价每股股份1.110港元折让约1.80%。
认购事项A及认购事项B的估计所得款项净额合共将约为3.72亿港元及每股股份的估计净发行价约为1.0895港元。
