　　从玉智农（00875）发布公告，于2025年2月21日，公司拟向认购人发行合共7585.14万股认购股份，相当于紧随完成后经扩大已发行股份总数的16.67%。认购价为每股认购股份0.560港元。

　　发行认购股份的所得款项总额将为4247.68万港元。认购事项的所得款项净额将约为4180万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额2500万港元用于集团的采购活动；1400万港元用于偿还其他借款及其他应付账款；及280万港元用于集团的一般营运资金。
