中国再保险朱晓云董事任职资格获批
2月26日，中国再保险（01508）发布公告，朱晓云的董事任职资格已获得国家金融监督管理总局的核准。公告指出，朱晓云女士于2024年7月25日、10月8日和12月26日被选举为公司第五届董事会的执行董事，并被提名为董事会风险管理委员会委员。其任职资格的生效需遵循公司章程规定的程序。
根据2025年2月26日的公告，国家金融监督管理总局已批准朱晓云担任公司董事的任职资格。她的任期自2025年2月24日起生效，直至第五届董事会任期结束，且任期届满后可连选连任。公告还提到，朱晓云女士自2024年9月24日起不再担任公司联席公司秘书，自2024年11月7日起不再担任中国财产再保险有限责任公司董事长，自2024年11月19日起不再担任公司董事会秘书，其他资料截至公告日期未发生变化。
