目标公司的主要业务为投资控股。物业公司为于中国香港注册成立的有限公司，由目标公司直接全资拥有。物业公司从事物业投资业务及持有该物业。该物业包括位于香港九龙尖沙咀广东道4-8号2至4楼的空间及广告位。该物业持作投资物业并以现况基准出售。
集团定期检视其投资组合，以优化投资回报。经定期检视其投资组合后，集团认为该物业仅包括大厦最顶三层，透过重建以进一步提升租金收益或资产大幅增值的机会有限。经考虑上述理由，集团相信现在是时候出售该物业。
