2月28日金融一线消息，据国家金融监督管理总局宁波监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国邮政储蓄银行宁波分行因供应链融资模式运用不合规，贷款“三查”不到位，内控管理不到位，监管要求未落实被罚款170万元。

同时，于一宁（时任邮储银行宁波分行营业部总经理）因供应链融资模式运用不合规，被警告。马海霞（时任邮储银行宁海县金桥营业所负责人）因信息保护工作管理不到位，被警告。
